Returns and Repairs
REFUNDS: We are sure you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you have 10 days from delivery of your purchase to request a refund or exchange.
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued to damaged, worn or altered items. Custom items and earrings are final sale and cannot be refunded.
To start a refund please email us at info@ashleyjamesjewelrydesign.com, we will then provide you information on how to return the item. Please note customer is responsible return shipping fees.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
REPAIRS: Ashley James Jewelry Design will repair damaged items returned with all pieces included within 30 days of delivery date.
If an item is not repairable for any reason a store credit will be issued for the original amount paid. Customer is responsible for shipping fees on repair orders.
All sales are final after 30 days.
