SHIPPING AND HANDLING 

All of the jewelry by Ashley James Jewelry Design is handmade on demand at the time the order is placed.  Please allow up to 7 business days for production.  You should receive notification once your order has been shipped.  Packages are shipped via USPS.  Delivery could take up to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  Ashley James Jewelry Design is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  Currently we only ship within the United States.

AJJD reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, product(s) and service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to; changing market conditions, products and/or materials discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and supplier price changes.
